About Neuronto Payments

Neuronto Payments is an x402 payment facilitator operated by Neuronto (https://neuronto.com). It verifies signed stablecoin payments and settles them on-chain for merchants and the agents that pay them.

What it does with money

Nothing is held. A settlement moves funds directly from the payer's wallet to the address the merchant advertised in its payment requirements, in a transaction the payer signed. The facilitator cannot change the amount or the destination; it signs the broadcast and pays the network fee. Its own wallet holds only gas.

What it does not do

Card payments, fiat payouts, bank transfers, custody, subscription billing.
